Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before production or shipping begins

• Cancellation requests must be sent immediately after placing the order

Custom Orders

• Cannot be cancelled once production has started

• No refunds for cancelled custom orders after production begins

Pre-Made Orders

• Can be cancelled before dispatch

• If already shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refund Timeline

• Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
